"At the dusk of humanity and the apex of their arrogance, night will descend and the Spiders will rise. The night egg – the SkySac – will hatch.
Legions of spiderlings, like the Titans of Olympus, will descend upon the earth, consuming everything in their wake. /Everyone/ in their wake. Within weeks they will dwarf our largest battleships. Civilization is expected to reach Critical Decline within four months. In less than one year, humananity will succumb to this extinction level event.
